She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Koval and Sylvia Koval; her grandparents, Mike, Jennie Suobank, Andrew and Matrona Koval; her brother Tom Koval; her stepfather Claude Moseler Sr.; her sister-in-law Claude Jr.; her stepsister Mary Roy; and her aunt Jennie (John Grund).
She is survived by: her children, Professor John Bordeau (Sarah Kemppainen) of Marquette and Cindy Gregoire (Todd); her grandchildren, Michael and Georgia of Green Bay, Wisconsin.; her brother Robert Koval (Madaline) of Marquette, Michigan.; her sister-in-law Darlene Koval of Marquette; and her niece Tammy Koval of Milwaukee. She is also survived by her family, church family and friends.
