She is survived by: her children, Ron O'Hara (Mary Stewart) and Dawn Klingler (Paul); her brothers, Henry and William Wallack; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Meaghan, Kelly O'Hara and Shawn Klingler.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
