He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Millard and Harriet Millard (Kienbaum); his brother David Millard; his parents-in-law, Doug and Dolores Schindler; and his brothers-in-law, Mike and Tim Schindler.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Schindler of Fort Atkinson; his daughters, Megan Chiu (Wesley) of Chicago, Illinois and Erin Herrera (Alex) of Waukesha; his sister Ellen Millard of Whitewater; and his sister-in-law Laurie Millard of Reedsburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
