She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer McCulloch and Julia Elizabeth McCulloch (Duckett); and her husband James Dean Wilcox. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Smith (William) of Blanchardville, WI; her grandchildren, Julia Dochnahl (Grant) of Blanchardville, Chad Smith of Madison, Amy Christen (Nick) of Monticello and Adam Smith (Katherine) of Bondurant, IA; her great grandchildren, Emily, Evan, Georgia, Hazel, Elizabeth, James, Levi and Walker; her brother Elmer McCulloch; her siblings-in-law, Marcy McCulloch and Wayne (Libby); her parents-in-law, Alice Wilcox and Frank Wilcox (Nina); and her brother-in-law Frank Wilcox (Ginny). She is also survived by her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the family for donation to charity of their choice.
