He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kramer and Ruth Kramer (Schafer); his wife Patricia Brown; his parents-in-law, Donald and Gertrude Brown; his brother-in-law Richard Brown; and his great grandchild Oscar Dominguez.
He is survived by: his children, Deb Meyer (Jerome), Denise Stittleburg (Chad), Stephanie Kramer and Steve Kramer (Valerie); his sister Dorothy Moyer (Perry); and his grandchildren, Daniel, Zachary, Joey Zamora, Jerome Meyer (Chrissy), Emily Dominguez (Nestor), Maxwell Meyer and Brock Kramer (Anne). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and two nieces.
