She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Koepke and Irma Koepke (Pelchen); her husband Arthur Meisner; and her brothers, Wayne and Russell.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Meisner (Elizabeth) of Wolcott, IN, Scot Meisner (Kellie) of Chetek, WI, Vicki Garlock (Ray) of Whitewater, WI and Lori Roach (Mark Hoffman) of Jefferson, WI; her grandchildren, Julia, David, Jacob, Matthew, Tom, Michelle and Christopher; and her sister-in-law Laura Koepke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
