He was predeceased by : his parents, Alva Buley Jr. and Evelyn M. Gollman. He is survived by : his wife Gloria M. Buley; his children, Tamara Lewis, Nicole A. Tchitanava (Zaza), Wesley S. Bilthauer-Buley (Alexandra), France and Travis C; his grandchildren, Devon Crain (Aryanna) and Jayd Crain; and his sister Sharon D. Adsit (Roger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a world of wonderful friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Wesley's name to Ulster County Shrine Club: Cyprus Shriners, 27 Hannay Lane Glenmount, NY 12077.
