With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen J. Erickson of Wild Rose, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 11, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Whitley and Margaret Whitley; and her brother Warren Whitley. She is survived by: her husband Harry Erickson of Wild Rose, WI; her children, Jane Wurtz (Ludwig), Barbara Brooks (David), Robert Erickson, Sally Solis and Keith Erickson (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Taylor Purifoy (Preston), Tiffani Paltz (Jacob), Lincoln Wurtz, Preston Wurtz, Abby Brennan (Keith), Christina Basten (Christopher), Bobby Brooks (Lexi), Matthew Brooks (Lauren), Brian Erickson (Kristin), Josh Erickson, Evan Erickson (Grace), Emily Solis, Jon Solis, Jacob Solis, Nicholas Erickson (Cayley), Bryce Erickson, Carissa Erickson and Austin Erickson; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Adalynn, Harrison, Weston, Nora, Frances, Carter, Payton, Stevie, Macklin, Colson, Layne, Walker, Lainey, Truett and Johanna; her brother Tom Whitley (Nancy); and her siblings-in-law, Joan Erickson and Wayne Erickson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name can be made to the Wild Rose Baptist Church.
