He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Bohn (Przybyl); and his son Addison Bohn. He is survived by: his father Richard Bohn; his wife Kelly Johnson Bohn; his daughters, Kimberly Bohn and Trenley Bohn; his stepchildren, Cassidy Johnson, Corynn Johnson (Duane Brazil), Tatum Johnson and Keegan Johnson (Abby Gilson); his granddaughter Evelyn Kudick; and his siblings, Patti Abt (Dan) and Tim Bohn (Andrea). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
