He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Brzostowski Sr. and Patricia Walters; and his sister Julie Brzostowski. He is survived by: his daughter Merissa Brzostowski; and his siblings, Shawn Brzostowski (Rebecca), Tiffany Tegtmeyer (Mike), Mark Brzostowski (Lisa), Brian Brzostowski (Danielle), Clint Kendall and Jean Broekman (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
