He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heberer and Ann Halabuda Heberer; and his grandsons, Corey and Brady. He is survived by: his wife Ann Fischer; his children, Kim Yeary and James Heberer (Jamie); his stepchildren, Rebecca Frisch (Jess), Kelly Schilling (Jeff) and Jason Fischer; his grandchildren, AJ, Ashley, Adam, Lincoln, Will, Brandon, Dakota (Ashley), Justin, Camden, Annalyn, Olivia, Daniel, Jaxon and Jennilea; his great grandchild Sofia; and his sister Susan Henke (Guy).
