He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Carey and Laura Smith; his grandchildren, Shannon Carey (Scott Burton), Sean Carey and Colin Carey (Elizabeth); his great grandchildren, Elise, Sullivan, Isla Carey, Isaac and Rhys Burton; and his sister Shirley Smith.
