He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugo Marvin and Clara Adeline Arndt (Radke); his in-laws, Charles and Bea Moomey; his brothers, Carl, James, Verne and Bernard; his stepdaughter Pamela; and his brother-in-law Gordon O'Rourke.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Moomey; his daughters, Renee Mayne (Matthew) and Rebecca Crecente (Chris); his grandchildren, Cooper Powell, Wesson, Arden Mayne and Jasper Crecente; his siblings, Martin Arndt (Julitta), Leonard Arndt (Dixie), Lois O'Rourke, Ethel Dechant (Don) and Arlis Ballwahn (Larry); and his sister-in-law Judy Arndt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Jack's wishes are that memorials support Brookwood Athletics.
