He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ruskaup and Helen Ruskaup (Bigelow). He is survived by: his wife Kay Short; his children, Glenn Ruskaup, Deanna Mielke (Jeff) and Rebecca Lapora (Chad); and his grandchildren, Mikaela, Ryan, Rachel, Sam, Sara, Zach and Jasmine.
