He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kinney and Marguerite Kinney (Clancy); his siblings, Therese O'Connor (Beuford), Kate Sorge (Mick), Mary Knothe, Jack (Paul) and Thomas (Jerry Kinney); and his brother-in-law Joseph Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Clark; his children, Shawn (Wendy), Kelly and Erin Kinney (Jenn Scherg); his daughter-in-law Karyn Kinney (Kargus); his grandchildren, James (Brianna Franke), Garett (Talia LaFave), Gavin Kinney (Lorelei Graf) and Kade Salisbury; his siblings, Irene Joyce and Kyrie Kinney (Jane); and his sister-in-law Janet Kinney. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (210 Pleasant Dr, Winneconne, WI 54986). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
