He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey Mudek (Sylvester); his parents, Robert Mudek and Violet Mudek (O'Connell); and his siblings, Roberta Mudek, Rosemary Bresnahan (Mudek) and Dennis Mudek.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Gordon (Donald), Raymond Mudek Jr. and Staci Borcherdt (Leon). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
