He is survived by: his wife Lynette Hazel of Wisconsin Dells, WI; his children, Janine Zander (Bob), Lori Banovec (William), Dennis Hazel (Rebecca Evers), Kathleen Ems (JR), Jo Ellen Webb (John) and Royce Hazel (Cynthia); his brother Arlie Hazel (Carol); and his grandchildren, Tiffany Williams, Gregorick Johnson, Megan Zander-Conboy, Jessica Shisler, Monnie Banovec, Michael Banovec, Kayla Hazel, Amanda Chavez, Joshua Meisenheimer, Jessie Fritz, Jena Ems, JJ Ems, Jacob Webb, Gavin Hazel and Zoe Hazel. He is also survived by 13 Great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
