He is survived by: his children, Matthew Beard, Melissa Heaton (Todd), Monica Zhovklyy and Michael Beard (Holly Skretta); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Noah, Nikolai and Dominic; and his siblings, William Beard (Corinne), Andrew Beard (Rosie) and Myrna Smith (Alva). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
