With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan J. Ryan of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ryan and Grace Ryan (Larson); his father-in-law Ronald Burhite; his siblings-in-law, Diane Marschall and Ronald Burhite; and his former wife Laurie.

He is survived by: his wife Geri Ryan; his daughter Amara Ryan; his sister Kelley VerHaagh (Tom); his mother-in-law Jean Burhite; his sister-in-law Sheryl Burhite; his sibling's children, Kirk Wolf, Lacy Wolf, Jenna VerHaagh and Sara VerHaagh (James); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ana, Kaylee and James.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ritchay Funeral Home (1950 12th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 3:30 PM at 2311 Griffith Ave, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494.
