She was predeceased by: her uncles, Kirby "Kip" Kuter, Rick Kuter and Mike Kuter; and her stepgrandmother Janet Kuter. She is survived by: her father Randy Kuter; her husband Cody Groholski; her daughter Remy; her mother Amy Houtevelde (Dave); her grandparents, Diane Sell (Ed), Jack Kuter and Ron Herman (Elaine); her uncles, Justin Herman (Roxanne) and Jeremy Herman (Jessica); her aunt Heather Malcolm (Dwayne); her cousins, Jordan Herman, Bryanna Malcolm, Elijah Malcolm, Makayla Herman, Matthew Herman, Nicole Bliske, Katie Herman, Jeremy Herman and Justis Herman; and her caregiver Dr. Michael Nakazawa.
Ashley requested that any memorial donations be directed to the UW Madison Carbone Cancer Center or the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
