We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2024, at the age of 83, Donald P. Gruenberg of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, born in Elmhurst, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Donald departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Donald. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Gruenberg and Gertrude Gruenberg (Eckert); his wife Dolores Harder of Josephat's Church; his son Michael Gruenberg; and his son-in-law Dennis Ciszczon.

He is survived by : his daughter Joanne Ciszczon.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (750 10th Ave S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Donald's name to Our House Assisted Living at 2941 16th St. South, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494.
