He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lotzer and Florence Lotzer (Cepelik); his in-laws, Henry, Clara Patzner and Roxie Patzner; his siblings, James Lotzer, Jerry Lotzer, Clarence, Sonny, Marianne Stiller, Nancy Palmer and Linda Siebert; and his sister-in-law Shari Patzner.
He is survived by: his wife Donalyn Lotzer; his children, Drake Lotzer (Kristin), Jodi Weinfurter (Jeff), Tracy Ghiloni (Mark), Jill Livernash (John) and Cara Mattson (Erik); his grandchildren, Whitney (David), Katherine (Caleb), Jonathan, Nicholette, Lukas, Victoriana (Nathan), Genevieve, Angelica, Julianna, Eveangelina, Cassandra (Edward), Colton, Joshua, Matthew (Sophia), Philip (Sydni), Tialyn, Walker, Brendan and Claire; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Caroline, Everly, Einar, Charlotte, Audrey, Harper, Samuel, Monte, Gianna, Raina and Kira; his siblings, Margaret McGoey, Vicki Smith, Nettie Burnett, Robert Lotzer and John Lotzer; and his brother-in-law Gene Patzner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Edward's name to Wisconsin Rapids Area Catholic Schools.
