He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Radtke and Bernice Radtke (Trzebny); his wife Helen Quinnell of John's Lutheran Church; his sister Irene Quinnell; his siblings-in-law, Charlie Quinnell (Barbara), Gerald Quinnell, Richard Quinnell (Irene), James Quinnell, Ruth Baltus (Rueben), John Quinnell (Irene) and Ellen Quinnell; his stepfather Edward Aron; and his sibling's children, Correne Gaboda and Mark Quinnell.

He is survived by: his children, Kathy Pechinski (Doug) of Wisconsin Rapids and Dave Radtke of Milton, Delaware; his granddaughters, Rebecca Pechinski and Holly Mjelde (Don); and his sister-in-law Jane Quinnell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
