He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard M Rozak and Charlene Rozak (Mallis); his siblings, Jimmy, Kathy (Puggie) and Tammie; and his daughter Laurie.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Rozak; his children, Chad Rozak, Stacey Rozak, Kari Rozak and Ryan Rozak; and his sisters, Cheryl Rozak, Debbie Buelow (Jim), Cindy Lou Dietel and Karen Pelota. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Critters Bar (6620 State Hwy 13, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494).
