She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Niemczyk and Helen Niemczyk (Flaig); her great grandchild Liam; and her siblings, Richard Niemczyk, Betty Nowacki, Elaine Bacon, Irene Day and Shirley Kluck.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Ortscheid; her daughters, Roxanne Cather (Darrow) of Nekoosa, Rhonda Zimmer of Wisconsin Rapids and Molly Ortscheid of Wisconsin Rapids; her grandchildren, Lindsey Hohlstein (Duane) of Amherst, Brittany Lutz (David) of Amherst, Alexis Zimmer of Minnesota and Sophia Zimmer of Minnesota; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Charlotte, Otto, Matilda, Silas and Alex; and her sisters, Connie Jones, Lucy Liebe, Bonnie Lila (Dennis) and Judy Kinney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Herman-Taylor Funeral Home (2201 Chestnut St, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
