He was predeceased by: his mother Dorathea Johnson (Kujawski); his former wife Nancy Schmidt; his wife Mary Schmidt; his father Raymond B. Schmidt; his stepfather Elmer Johnson; and his brother Daniel Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Bonvicini (Keith), Timothy Schmidt (Jackie Reuter) and Sarah Schmidt; his grandchildren, Phillip Bonvicini (Bobbie), Nicolas Bonvicini (Julie Alexander), Mary Hoke (Nekoda), Andrew Schmidt (Jessica), Christy Schmidt, Kayla Schmidt (Stephen Sievwright), Ezekial Lewis and Elijah Lewis; and his sister Diane Andrae. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Raymond's name to Faith Reformed Church in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
