He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cason and Rosemary Whitehurst (Gardner). He is survived by: his wife Joan R. Jensen; his children, Patrick Whitehurst (Anna Peyton) of Minturn, CO, Tressa Bauer (Matthew) of Reedsburg and Cason "Casey" Whitehurst (Gretchen) of Wisconsin Dells; his grandchildren, Elijah Bauer (Peyton), Lydia Bauer, Isaiah Bauer, Isabel Bauer, Treyton Whitehurst, Clara Bauer, Cooper Whitehurst, Adelind Whitehurst, Evelyn Bauer, Emmaline Whitehurst and Savanna Whitehurst; and his siblings, Donald Whitehurst (Rosanna Armson) of Minneapolis and Alice Antonetti (Gary) of Evansville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (345 N Pine St, Reedsburg, WI 53959). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
