He was predeceased by : his parents, John F. Coulter and Regina Van Coulter (Schirl); his wife Jennifer "Ann" Hastens; his brothers, John and August; and his sister-in-law Edna.
He is survived by : his children, Diane Reinfeldt (Joe) of Reedsburg, Allen Van Coulter (Lora) of LaValle and Jim Van Coulter (Jenny) of LaValle; his grandchildren, Travis Reinfeldt, Matthew Reinfeldt (Abby), Baily Van Coulter, Abby Van Coulter, Briana Van Coulter, Ava Van Coulter, MacKenzie Van Coulter, Hayden Van Coulter and Mason Van Coulter; and his sister-in-law Linda Van Coulter (Carol Grosskrueger). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
