He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Medendorp and Virginia Medendorp; and his brother-in-law Harry Williams. He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his children, Nicole Pier, Sara (Mark), Haenel, Amanda Medendorp, Jacqueline (Daniel), Daams, Christian, Mason, Isabelle, Hadley, Waylon, Lennan, Justine Berens (Brandon) and Bradley Hansel (Nicole); and his siblings, Linda Tinholt (Michael), Debra Williams, Pamela Vallejos (Moises), Peter Medendorp (Laura), Sandra Mundell (Richard), Keith Medendorp (Lisa), Virginia Evreniadis (Joseph), Clara Krygsheld (Jay), Sara Timmer (Calvin), Barbara Lammers (Mark) and Laura Decker (Dan). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund will be established to fund Christian ministries.
