She is survived by: her husband Leonard J. Ziemba; her children, Jeffrey Ziemba (Tricia), Mary Kollath (Keith), Keri Clarkson (Scott) and Thomas Ziemba (Kayla); her grandchildren, Tanner, Taylor (Brett), Kirsten, Jake, Chloe, Jackson and Mallory; and her siblings, Charles (Susan), Richard Weldt (Sue) and Beth Piasecki (Matt). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
