She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zaruba and Irene Zaruba (Weber); her in-laws, Charlie and Rosetta Kazda (Brooker); and her siblings, Leon (Dolores Zaruba) and Charlotte (Zaruba).
She is survived by: her spouse Bernie Kazda; her children, Kelly (Kazda), Mike Roach, Kris and Loree Kazda (Benicke); her grandchildren, Sean, Alec Potter, Jessica, Tanner Beaman, Joe, Nicole Roach, Cole, Taylor Kazda and Chase Kazda; and her great grandchildren, Emmy Roach and Lenny Beaman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital, a cause close to Janet's compassionate heart.
