She is survived by: her husband John James Hertlein; her sons, Johnny, Jim (Nicki) and Jason (Hayley); her grandchildren, Macy, Mya, Caden, Jaylee and JJ; and her brother Les. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
