As we bid Shirley Mae farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Shirley Mae is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence F. Dado and Laura Dado; and her son Steve Brier. She is survived by: her daughter Laura; her son-in-law Donald Czachor; and her grandson Mark Ivie (Peaches). She is also survived by dog; many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Nimsgern Funeral & Cremation Services (1025 Margaret St, Woodruff, WI 54568). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lincoln Memorial Park (675 US-30, Aurora, IL 60503).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to a pet rescue of your choice or the Wounded Warrior Project in Shirley's honor.
