He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Hartline and Harold Hartline. He is survived by: his wife Jean Hartline; and his children, Robert Hartline, Michelle Lieffring (Tim), Steve Hartline (Cella), Deanna Seippel (John), Katherine Wright (David), Nancy Nabak (Daniel Massey), Rhonda Knoespel (Wes), Scott Koranda (Shelley) and Brian Koranda (Nicole). He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff.
