He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Fulcer and Selma Fulcer (Lust); his sister Jeanette; his siblings-in-law, Mary Fulcer and Karl Dean; his sibling's children, Karen Dean, Lisa Berge, Paul Weber and Jason Fischer; his great-nephew Andrew Fulcer; and his great-niece Dani Fischer.
He is survived by: his children, Ben Fulcer (Kaitlyn Oceana), Alyssa Bayer (Jason), Josh and Rachel Fulcer; his granddaughters, Emma and Ellie; his siblings, Don Fulcer, Jack Fulcer (Darlene), Bill Fulcer (Chris), Ben Fulcer (Cheryl) and Nancy Dean; his nephews, Jim Fulcer (Dawn) and John Fulcer (Joan); his former wife Laura Fulcer; and his caregiver Jen. He is also survived by nephews who were like brothers, other relatives, friends and his.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cotter Family Gathering Center (518 Meadow Ln, Wrightstown, WI 54180). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
