He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton DeMoulin and Isabell DeMoulin (VandenLangenberg); his brother Dennis DeMoulin; his brothers-in-law, Jim Criel and Kit Sorenson; and his nephews, Jeff LaPlant, Tim Sorenson and Nathan DeMoulin.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee; his children, David "DJ" DeMoulin, Amy DeMoulin (Raphael Arens) and Jesse DeMoulin (Jessica); his grandchildren, Olivia Desten-DeMoulin, Sophia DeMoulin, Isabel DeMoulin and Jonah Arens; his sister Julie LaPlant (Dan); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Criel, Kathy Sorenson and Julie DeMoulin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established for Happily Ever After Animal Shelter.
