He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Ortman and Anna Ortman; his sister Elaine Noyce (Jack) of LaCrosse; and his in-laws, Mike and Mabel Connors of Cazenovia.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Connors; his son Jeff Ortman (Kim) of Albany; his granddaughters, Miranda (Shawn) and Samantha (Dave); his daughter Julie Trager (Ken) of Mazomanie; and his grandsons, Matthew and Mitchell. He is also survived by his wife and children.
