He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allyn Palmer and Jane Palmer (Heyer); his wife Libby; his children, Amanda Felbab (Jeff) of Windermere, FL, Alex Palmer (Gustie) of Zenda, WI and Anne Smith (Brent) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Dylan and Elizabeth Felbab; his children, Lahni, Lishi, Mia Palmer, Leo and Julia Smith; his brothers, Jon Palmer (Sandy), Gord Palmer (Sandy) and Mark Palmer (Denise); and his aunt Nancy Schroeder (Bob). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
