He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Ambler and Norma Trout McFarland; his son Justin Ambler; and his brother-in-law Marhsall Honaker. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Gadd Ambler; his children, Megan Meadows (Justin) of Alderson and John Ambler (Krys Puckett) of Beckley; his siblings, Jeanie R. Serreno of Roanoke, Virginia, George "Boogie" Ambler (Vicky) of Sinks Grove and Mike Ambler; his sister-in-law Wendy Honaker; his uncle Donnie Trout; his grandchildren, Lukas, Draven Ambler, Justice Ambler of Tennessee and Courtney Rogers of Florida; and his pet Bob.
