He was predeceased by : his parents, Sidney Coleman Willis and Elizabeth Berkley Willis; and his siblings, Harry Willis, Louise Sarver, Jean Shelton, Helen Batty, Leona Hollaran and Lillian Drebing.

He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean Gwinn Willis; his son S. Jeffrey Willis (Karla); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Anne Willis and Thomas Sidney Willis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
