In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Dunlap and Kathryn Armstrong Dunlap; his brother Bernard Dunlap; and his grandson Josh Stacy. He is survived by: his sister Loleta Justice; his children, Darlene Miller (Ricky), Marsha Cantley (Phil) and Tommy Dunlap (Elif); and the mother of his child Donna Miller. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
