He was predeceased by: his son Jack W. "JD" Dugan, II; his parents, Charles Dugan and Victoria M. Dugan; and his siblings, James P. Dugan, Thomas M. Dugan, Linda Tincher (Tom) and Mary Jane "Kitty" Gearhart (Paul).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Huffman Dugan; his children, Victoria Stollings (Barry) and Todd Dugan (Christine); and his sister-in-law Shirley Dugan. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003).
