He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Compton and Annie Compton. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Compton of Amherstdale; his children, Michael Compton (Amy) of Amherstdale, Kenneth Compton (Gail) of Greenup, KY and Victoria (J. J.); his brother Teddy Compton of Amherstdale; his close friend Austin Compton (Payton); his granddaughters, Alivia Smith (Briston), Abigail Barker (Keagan) and Ariel Pierson (Christian); his great grandchildren, Avery Compton, Alex Compton and Ashton Smith; and his nieces, Virginia (Don New) and Jessica Davis.
