Jacqueline Prunty Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacqueline Prunty of Anmoore, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 12, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Taylor and Betty Elizabeth Elliott Taylor; her husband Arnold "Arnie" Eugene Prunty; her children, Kim Cassella and Mike Prunty; her grandson Brady Prunty; and her siblings, Dickie Taylor, Delores Jordan, Brenda Davisson, Robert Taylor and Rebecca Sue Odell.
She is survived by: her son Bob Prunty (Jennifer); her son-in-law Mark Cassella; her grandchildren, Austin Prunty, Tyler Stire (Hannah), Mikayla Freeman (Travis), Corey Prunty (Avery Riley) and Seth Prunty; her great grandchildren, Miszoura Stire, Lainey and Briggs Freeman; her siblings, Judy Kirtner, Mary Ann Evans, James Taylor (Sharon) and David Taylor; her caregiver Charlotte McGary; and her granddaughter Makala Riffle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davis Funeral Home (124 Olen Thomas Dr, Clarksburg, WV 26301). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
