He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Charles and Dorothy Elizabeth Servis Schuchardt; his siblings, Edward "Butch" Schuchardt and Mary Ellen Schuchardt Jones; his sisters-in-law, Christina Ann Rhodes and Melissa Dawn Wilson-Rhodes; his great-nephew Jason Lee Jones; and his father-in-law Glenn Rhodes.

He is survived by: his wife Glennda Jane Rhodes Schuchardt; his children, Carl Mason Schuchardt (Shauna), Glenn Edward Schuchardt (Sara) and Kelidanne Renae Schuchardt of Anmoore; his sisters, Isabell Yuras of Warwick, RI, Dorothy Oross of Spotswood, NJ and Norma Lee Ledbetter of Bullhead, AZ; and his mother-in-law Nancy McCloy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
