He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Campbell and Shirley Byrd Campbell; his brother Douglas Campbell; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Cozad Campbell; his daughters, Diana Campbell (Nick Bunnell) of Flemington and Angel Shultz (Richard) of Anmoore; his grandchildren, Derek Campbell, Jax Shultz, Kendyl Shultz and Abel Shultz; and his sisters, Debbie Laisure (Rusty) of Philippi, Connie Chandler of Clarksburg and Tammy Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
