He is survived by: his mother Ruth Dempsey Skaggs; his wife Annetta McClung Skaggs; his children, Gregory Paul Skaggs II (Allisia), Jack Vaughan Skaggs and Jessica Ann McClung; his siblings, Ruth Ann Church (Michael), Cathy Lyn Demitroff (Dan) and Robert D. Skaggs; his grandchildren, William Skaggs, Aubrie Skaggs, Gregory Paul Skaggs III, Heaven McClung, Isaiah Koch and Starla Koch; his father-in-law Paul McClung; and his aunts, Rona Fields and Pam Miles (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
