We are sad to announce that, on May 20, 2026, at the age of 68, Joanne Underwood of Ansted, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert "Stanley" Underwood Jr.; her parents, Nelson Lanham and Thelma Lanham (Morris); her sons, Stanley Brian Underwood (Brittney) and Robert Lanham; her grandchildren, Markus Williamson (Brittany), Tessa Lanham, Wyatt Lanham, Shawn Underwood (Haylie), Dalton, Alexis Underwood, Lochlyn-Breanna Underwood and Kensingtyn "Kensi Jo" Underwood; her great grandchildren, Tanner, Asher, Ava Williamson, Kinsley, Kason Underwood, Myles Underwood and Raylie Underwood; her siblings, Michael Lanham (Brenda), Dianna Carte (Mitch), Elaine Tyree (Ed), Eugene Lanham (Debbie), Roger Lanham (Lorena) and Darnell; her friend Mary Kincaid; and her daughters, Melissa White and Tammy Ben-Efraim. She was also cherished by her family, friends.
