He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Syner and Edith Marion Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Syner; and his sister Martha Syner. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia in Lindsay's memory.
