He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Morgan and Luna Morgan; and his brothers, Albert Morgan, Austin Morgan and Alvadore Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Maggie" Morgan of Arbovale; his daughters, Carol Morgan (Randall Grimes) of Beverly and Sharon Morgan of Grottoes, Virginia; his grandchildren, Kaylee Halterman (Jayden Taylor) of Mill Creek, Ryan Halterman of Morgantown, Chloe Wasnesky and William Wasnesky of Grottoes, Virginia.; his great grandchild Sophia Hill Taylor; his siblings, Randall Morgan (Dorothy), Roger Morgan (Wanda), Janet Carter and Maria Pierce (Tim); and his friends, John and Margie Sparks. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Arlie's memory to Green Bank Senior Citizens, 4498 Potomac Highlands Trail, Green Bank, WV 24944.
